As the founder of Blake Salami Law Group, I dedicate my practice to guiding families through some of the most important and challenging decisions they will ever make. My focus is elder law, estate planning, guardianship and conservatorship, Medicaid planning, and disability rights. Every family deserves protection with compassion, which means not only creating legally sound plans but also ensuring that the people behind those plans feel understood, supported, and respected.

I bring more than a decade of experience in both law and social work, a background that allows me to see the whole picture of my clients’ needs. Licensed to practice law in Georgia and New York and a licensed social worker, I provide a perspective that blends legal skill with empathy and practical guidance. Whether helping seniors protect their homes through Medicaid planning, representing families in contested guardianship proceedings, or building estate plans that safeguard businesses and legacies, my goal is to make complex systems clear and manageable.

My work includes representing clients in state and federal courts, Social Security and administrative hearings, and probate and special proceedings. I frequently counsel families on Medicaid eligibility, asset protection trusts, special needs planning, and guardianship, and I advocate fiercely for individuals with psychiatric, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. 

Outside the office, I am a devoted wife and mother of two children. Family is the center of my life, and it is also the foundation of my practice. I understand how difficult it can be to balance care, resources, and planning for the future, which is why I strive to walk alongside every client as both a legal advocate and a trusted guide.
